Migration Steps
Export reviews from Okendo

Export review media
Okendo review photos and videos should be included in the export as URLs. Download any media files you want to preserve independently, as URLs may expire after account cancellation.
Install Eevy AI
Install Eevy AI from the Shopify App Store and complete the onboarding wizard.
Import Okendo reviews into Eevy AI
In Eevy AI, go to Settings > Import Reviews and upload your Okendo CSV. Custom attribute data (fit, quality, etc.) is preserved in the import and displayed within review content.
Remove Okendo widgets from your theme
Open your Shopify theme editor and remove all Okendo blocks: review widgets, star ratings, attribute summaries, and UGC galleries. Check for any Okendo script snippets in theme code.
Add Eevy AI review sections
Place Eevy AI app blocks on your product pages. The genetic algorithm generates layout variations that incorporate your custom attribute data alongside ratings and review text.
Cancel Okendo and uninstall
Cancel your Okendo subscription through their billing page, then uninstall the app from Shopify admin.
