Using Your Existing Review Request Emails with Eevy

Collecting reviews consistently gives Eevy fresh material to summarize, curate, and test. The safest way to preserve that flow is to keep review request emails in the platform already sending them. Your templates, timing rules, incentives, deliverability history, and customer forms do not need to move.

Connect Klaviyo Reviews, Judge.me, Okendo, or Yotpo for automatic review sync. If you use Loox or another provider, import its CSV export. Eevy then takes over the display and optimization layer, not the customer-email workflow.

Keep a Single Collection Owner

Do not enable a second review-request sequence just to use Eevy. Leave your existing platform responsible for customer emails and submissions. This keeps consent, suppression lists, templates, follow-ups, and attribution in one place and prevents customers from receiving duplicate requests.

Connect a Live Review Source

For Klaviyo Reviews, Judge.me, Okendo, or Yotpo, go to Settings → Integrations in Eevy and connect the provider. Eevy imports historical reviews first, then checks the source for new reviews. Your provider continues to send every review request exactly as configured.

Use CSV for Loox and Other Providers

Loox does not have a live Eevy sync. Export reviews from Loox and upload the CSV through Add your reviews → Upload a CSV. The same workflow works for other collection apps. Keep the source app active for future review requests and repeat the export when you want to bring newer reviews into Eevy.

Improve Requests in the Collection Platform

Tune timing, branding, subject lines, photo or video prompts, and incentives inside Klaviyo Reviews, Judge.me, Okendo, Yotpo, Loox, or your chosen collection tool. Those platforms own the submission experience. As richer reviews arrive in Eevy through sync or import, they become available to media galleries, summaries, and layout experiments.

Verify Fresh Reviews Reach Eevy

Use your collection provider to monitor sends, opens, clicks, and response rates. Use Eevy's integration status to verify when reviews last synced and how many were saved or skipped. Spot-check new reviews against the source. If a review is skipped, confirm that its product identifier maps to the corresponding Shopify product before resyncing.

Wrapping Up

Keep collection and optimization decoupled. Your existing app continues doing the customer-facing work it is good at, while Eevy turns the resulting content into a continuously tested storefront experience.
