30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with Eevy AI within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You must provide a brief explanation of why the service didn't meet your needs

Subscription Refunds

After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service for an extended period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service downtime exceeding our service level agreement
  • Charges made after subscription cancellation

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your current billing cycle (except as outlined above)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or one-time charges

Pro-Rated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your subscription. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
