Connect Klaviyo to Eevy AI and Optimize Your Reviews

Eevy imports the product reviews you already collect in Klaviyo and uses AI to automatically show the best-converting ones on your Shopify storefront — without switching review providers. This guide walks through connecting Klaviyo to Eevy in a few clicks.

You keep using Klaviyo exactly as you do today. Eevy connects with read-only access, pulls your reviews in, and continuously tests which ones convert best on each product page. Setup takes about a minute.

Before you start

• An Eevy account — sign in at app.eevy.ai.
• A Klaviyo account that is already collecting product reviews.

Connect Klaviyo to Eevy

1. Open Eevy integrations. Log in to Eevy and go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Connect with Klaviyo. Find Klaviyo in the list and click Connect with Klaviyo.
3. Approve access. You'll be sent to Klaviyo to authorize the connection. Eevy requests read-only access to your account information and reviews (accounts:read and reviews:read) — nothing else, and Eevy never writes to Klaviyo.
4. Import begins. After you approve, you're redirected back to Eevy. Klaviyo now shows Connected, and Eevy starts importing your reviews automatically. New reviews continue to flow in over time.
5. Eevy optimizes. From there, Eevy continuously A/B tests your imported reviews and automatically surfaces the highest-converting ones to each shopper on your storefront. No further setup is required.

What Eevy can and can't do

Eevy's Klaviyo connection is read-only. It imports your reviews to display and optimize them on your storefront. It does not modify, delete, or create anything in your Klaviyo account, and it does not send data back into Klaviyo. You stay in full control of review collection in Klaviyo.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo → Disconnect. Eevy revokes its access token immediately and stops importing. Reviews already imported into Eevy are retained so your storefront keeps working.
